The ethos of  our  work at  MixTen Services  Ltd is to  support Leaseholders/tenants  in a system that, at times, seems  very  biased against them.

We welcome  ways of  working with  key stakeholders  in this  process, whether  at an early stage during  conveyancy  with the many  professionals that  are  involved, during the  preiod  of assuming resident  management control of the  RMC  which  may  bring  us  in contact  with builders, developers and  managing  agents   or, perhaps, sometime  later when insurance  valuations or  Health & Safety audits are  being  considered. 

By  engaging and  partnering like-minded  companies and  professionals we are  collectively more  likely  to enable  our  clients to  realise the  true and  full vlaue  of their  home.

The  warm  mixture of  desire and determination  displayed  by leaseholders is a driving force that enables progress  and  facilitates improvements  in the services we  offer  at  MixTen Services Ltd. 

Increasingly  we  are being  asked  for  input at the  very  early stages  of a residential  development.  It  is  so  disheartening to see  bad  practice  in design/conctruction  with  seemingly no lessons being  learnt despite the  misery and  frustration of residents who  often feel unprepresented in  leasehold  matters.

At MixTen Services  Ltd this  drives us  forward and  provides an appetitte for  delivering  best  practice  in  collaboration  with  others - we  are  confident that  by  networking and joining  forces with  other  professionals we  can make a real difference to this growing part of the  UK housing sector.
